Ann serves as Vice President and Senior Underwriting Counsel for Fidelity National Title’s Detroit National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. She spent seven years in Michigan private practice handling residential foreclosure and associated bankruptcy cases for lenders nationwide. Joining the NCS in 2000, Ann has worked with a wide range of customers from multi-national corporations to local hospitals and businesses and diverse lenders including HUD, national banks and private investors. Her transactions have included multi-site, multi-state transactions as well as single site transactions. As Senior Underwriting Counsel, Ann works with our family of national commercial offices assisting customers seeking to do business in Michigan.

Ann is a member of the Real Property Law Section of the Michigan State Bar. She earned a bachelor of arts degree from Michigan State University, James Madison College and her juris doctor from Wayne State University. Ann is admitted to the Michigan State Bar Association. She is a lifelong Michigan resident and enjoys finding new areas to explore. Ann currently resides in Metro Detroit. “Go Green!”
