Ashley serves as Commercial Underwriting Counsel for Fidelity National Title’s Detroit National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. She joined the title industry in 2015 at a Florida law firm and title agent assisting with residential and commercial transactions. In her current role with the Detroit NCS beginning in 2018, Ashley underwrites and closes single-site and multi-site, multi-state commercial portfolio transactions. These transactions involve industry leaders, major corporations, lenders and law firms throughout the U.S. from ground-up construction to tax credit investment deals and everything in between. She has underwritten and closed several million dollars of business for the company and collaborated on commercial projects ranging from $1 million to $1 billion in size and scope.

Ashley is admitted to the State Bar of Michigan and is a member of the Real Property Law Section. She is a member of the Oakland County Bar Association and Real Estate Committee. Ashley is a member of the Detroit Mercy Law Alumni Council and the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan. She actively participates in the Detroit Bar Association and CREW. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Tampa (Bachelor of Science in Marketing) and her J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.
