Ciana serves as Senior Commercial Escrow Officer for Fidelity National Title’s Detroit National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. She coordinates and closes commercial multi-site, multi-state and single site transactions including straight forward sales, HUD loans, refinances, as well as more complex closings involving 1031 Exchanges, defeasance payoffs, and membership purchases. Ciana reviews, approves and prepares real estate documents. She manages the daily disbursements of escrow funds and conducts file reconciliations in accordance with company guidelines. Ciana also markets escrow and title services to a variety of clientele.
