Jennifer serves as Assistant Vice President, Senior Commercial Escrow and Title Officer for Fidelity National Title’s Detroit National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. She has worked within the title industry’s national commercial services divisions since 1996. In her current role, Jennifer coordinates, underwrites, and provides escrow services for the closing of high liability, multi and single site commercial transactions in all states. She works closely with local underwriters and state counsel throughout the country and has comprehensive knowledge of the ALTA policy forms and endorsements in each state. Jennifer's extreme attention to detail allows our customers to be assured that their transactions have closed in proper form from all perspectives.
