Sally serves as Senior Commercial Escrow & Title Officer as well as paralegal for Fidelity National Title’s Detroit National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. An industry veteran, she works on a variety of multi-site/multi-state transactions including sales, financing, refinancing, construction, HUD, and MISHDA. Sally’s areas of expertise include retail, industrial and land developments, senior nursing care facilities, hospitality, mixed use complexes, golf courses, casinos, and green spaces. She also has experience with mortgage foreclosures, tax foreclosures, and bankrupt properties.

Sally has a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University and an associate degree in Paralegal Technology. She is a lifelong resident of Michigan, and the Detroit Metro area has been home for the last 22 years. Her hobbies include gardening and painting.
