Terese serves as Manager and Commercial Underwriter for Fidelity National Title’s Detroit National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. Her current role also includes closing both single and multi-site transactions nationwide.  Prior to joining NCS in 2022, Terese served many years as an attorney and area manager of a local title company in Michigan handling both commercial and residential transactions. She also worked as a transactional attorney representing large financial lending institutions with mortgage related issues.

Terese is a member of the Real Property Law Section of the Michigan State Bar. She is a graduate of University of Michigan and Michigan State College of Law.

Terese lives in Metro Detroit and enjoys spending time with her husband and watching their two daughters play a variety of sports. They love traveling to new places and rooting for the Michigan Wolverines.
