Since joining the company in 2021, he has focused on providing a smooth and efficient title experience for his clients. His responsibilities include verifying property ownership, identifying potential title issues, and issuing title insurance policies—all with a commitment to accuracy, responsiveness, and a seamless closing process.

Kevin’s approach is based on building lasting relationships. He collaborates closely with commercial real estate attorneys, developers, and lenders to deliver seamless service from contract to closing. With a strong emphasis on responsiveness and long-term client satisfaction, he is dedicated to maintaining Fidelity’s reputation for excellence in every deal.

A graduate of Northern Illinois University, Kevin was born and raised in the Chicagoland area. He currently resides with his wife, Gabriella, and shares a love for travel—especially to destinations like Fort Lauderdale and Saint Lucia. Outside the office, Kevin enjoys playing guitar, golfing, running, and cheering for his favorite baseball teams: the Chicago Cubs and Boston Red Sox.
